Your homepage in Learned

In this article we explain what you can find on your home page.

When you log in to Learned, you are taken directly to your home page. The home page gives you a quick overview of everything relevant to you: from open tasks to your career plans and your manager and teams.

AI assistant

At the top of the home page you will find the AI assistant. Here you can ask questions about the platform or your own data, such as your review scores or the requirements of an ambition role. The assistant actively navigates through the platform to answer your question and links you directly to the relevant page.

Please note ❗️: The AI assistant is only visible when your organisation has activated this as part of their package.

Needs your attention

Below the AI assistant you will find an overview of items that need your attention:

  • Tasks – all open tasks assigned to you. Tasks are generated from various modules such as reviews, goals and surveys. Examples include: writing a self-review, requesting peer feedback, providing input as a coach, or updating a goal.
  • Next steps – open action points from a 1:1 or review.
  • Next review – a direct link to your next upcoming review.
  • Next 1:1 – a direct link to your next upcoming 1:1 meeting.
Career plans

On the home page you can see your active career plan and any ambitions. Per plan you can see your performance score, your readiness percentage and your linked goals. Click Continue plan to navigate to your career plan.

Managers and teams

At the bottom of the home page you can see who your manager is and which teams you are linked to. If you are a coach of a team yourself, your team(s) will also be shown here.
