My plans

Via Career → My plans you can see an overview of your active career plan and any ambitions. Per plan you can see:

  • Your current performance score based on your reviews
  • Your readiness percentage compared to the required level for the next step
  • Your linked goals

Click on Continue plan to continue working on your plan.

The ambition plan

When you click on an ambition, you see a detailed overview of all requirements for that role. Per skill or KPI you can see per focus area:

  • Readiness Self – how you assess yourself on this item
  • Readiness Coach – how your coach assesses you
  • Insights – personal notes you can link to this item
  • Goals – goals you can attach to this item

In the top right you can see your total readiness score and the required threshold set by the organisation. The readiness score is calculated based on how your coach scores the requirements of the ambition role. The closer you get to the required threshold, the better prepared you are for the next step.

Exploring career paths

At the bottom of the My plans page you will find Explore jobs, where you can explore possible career paths. There are three types:

  • Recommended – roles that match your current profile and skills
  • Vertical – roles that are a logical next step within your current career line
  • Custom – roles you have added yourself as an ambition

Click Explore path to explore a path further and add it as an ambition.

Making interim adjustments to performance scores

Separately from a review, both employees and coaches can make interim adjustments to the performance scores in the career plan. This is useful when you don't want to wait for the next review cycle to update a score.
