Insight in your Career
Within Learned we want to give you as much insight as possible into what is expected of you in your current position as well as any future position you would like to grow into.
To view your current position including skills and competencies, click from your home screen on carreer an navigate directly to your current role.
Here you will see an overview of your current role and your ambition. For each plan, you can see how many skills/KPIs are linked to it and what your performance score was over the past year.
Click on Continue plan on your active role. You will now see three sections: KPIs, which shows what is expected of you in terms of results; Competencies, which shows which competencies belong to your role; and Core values, which reflects the values that apply to your role. For each section you can see your score from the most recent review. From this screen you can also directly link goals to a specific skill or KPI.
Setting goals
Click + Goal next to a skill to create a personal goal. A screen will open where you can write a goal and set how progress will be measured.
Vertical path: your next step
Go back to your plan and click the Vertical tab. Here you will see the most logical next step in your career. You can compare the expectations of your current role and the next role side by side, making it concrete what is needed to grow.
Click the dropdown menu next to the job title to view all job profiles within your career path, giving you a complete overview of where you can grow towards.
Adding an ambition
Interested in a specific role? Click Continue plan to add it to your ambition plan. The role will then appear as an ambition on your career overview, and you can link goals to it as well.

Other roles
Via the Other tab you will find all other available job profiles within the organisation, outside your direct career path. You can explore roles and add them to a custom path via Add job to custom path.
💡 Both your current role and saved ambitions are visible to HR and your coaches. So use this functionality to include your ambitions in the periodic evaluation conversations between you and your coach!
