Is it possible for a goal to have multiple owners?

Personal goals can only have one owner. The owner is the person who keeps track of the goal's progress. For Team and Organisation goals, there can be multiple owners of a goal. Multiple owners means that all owners of a goal can keep track of the goal's progress.
