# What is the difference between complete conversation and digitally sign the conversation?

When creating an evaluation (cycle), you have the option to choose whether the evaluations should be digitally signed. If you do **not** choose digi sign, the review will get the status ‘Completed’ the moment all open tasks are completed.

If you choose to have the conversation digitally signed, employee signs for:

1. Actually having seen the report
2. Agreeing with the content of the report

Employee hereby indicates that he or she has knowingly seen the report and agrees with the contents of the report.

The moment the coach/guests of the conversation have signed digitally, the record will be locked. Digital signing is a good option for more formal reviews.
