# Updating peers as a conversation coach

## In this article we show you how you can update peers as a conversation coach.

 

#### **Updating peers/colleagues for an employee as a coach**

When 360° feedback is requested in the development review, employees are given the task of asking colleagues, also called peers, for feedback. As a coach, it is also possible to update these peers.

**Note op❗️:** It is only possible to change peers as coach, when you as coach are the creator of the evaluation.

From the "reviews" page, go to the "All" tab and open the corresponding evaluation of an employee whose peers you would like to update.

Then click open the "Input from others" section in the sidebar. Here you will find the option to edit the colleagues. Here you can see which colleagues the employee has requested, and you as a coach can add or remove other colleagues.

**💡:** Updating colleagues is only possible for a staff member, an Admin or a coach as the creator of the evaluation. Guest(s) present at the evaluation do not have this option for updating colleagues.

**Please note ❗️:** Removing a colleague is only possible when they have not yet started writing input.
