Several products are available within Learned. Depending on the package you're in and which products are activated, the menu on the left side fills up with modules. Which functionalities you can all find here and where an Admin can do the set-up for the different functionalities, you can read in this article.
Home page
When you log in to Learned, you are taken directly to your home page. At the top you will find the AI assistant, where you can ask questions about the platform or your own data. Below that, you will see an overview of items that need your attention: open tasks, next steps, your next review and 1:1. You will also find your career plans with your current role and any ambitions, and your manager and teams.
Left menu bar
- Assist me: The Learned AI assistant as its own page. Ask questions about the platform or your own data, such as your review scores or career plan. Previous conversations are saved.
- Career: Overview of your career plans. Via the submenu: My plans, All plans, Goals and Onboard & Learn (only visible with add-on).
- Reviews: Overview of all your reviews. Via the submenu: About you, All, Review cycles, Templates and Themes.
- 1:1's: Overview of your 1:1 meetings. Via the submenu: Meetings and Templates.
- Surveys: Overview of your surveys. Via the submenu: Personal, Organisation, Templates and Themes. (only visible with add-on)
Top right navigation bar
- Reports (Admins and Coaches only): Performance, Engagement, Adoption and other reports. All employees also have access to their own personal reports via this icon. ❗️ Coaches are limited to data from their own team members only.
- Insights: Here you can collect private insights about yourself or a colleague. Read this article for more information.
- Next steps: Open action points from 1:1's and reviews.
- Tasks: Open tasks.
- Notifications: All notifications from Learned.
- Settings (Admins only): Manage your organisation settings, divided into: General settings:

Settings (Admin)
Open the settings menu via the settings icon in the top right. You will see two sections: General settings and Job evaluation.
Profile
Open your personal profile settings via the profile icon in the top right. Here you can update your personal information, career information and language preferences. You will also find your invitations, a link to the help center and the product roadmap.
