In addition to being able to create company-wide call rounds as Admin, you also have the ability to let employees create their own reviews.
You can do this by clicking on your profile picture at the bottom left and then going to the Plan page. Go to 'Performance' and click on settings.
Here you will see the option to let users create their own reviews.
